Marki Microwave bare die RF/microwave hybrid couplers are quadrature power splitters that produce a 90° phase difference between their two quadrature ports. Marki hybrid couplers feature a broadband 50 Ω match, tight amplitude and phase balance, and high isolation up to 42 GHz. These are commonly used in applications such as balanced amplifiers and quadrature signal generation for IQ, image reject mixers, and single sideband mixers.
