2 - 20 GHz, Broadband Gain Block

The ADM-11124PSM is a surface-mount, broadband gain block amplifier designed to operate from 2 to 20 GHz. Its broad bandwidth, 24.4 dB typical small signal gain, and low noise figure of 2.4 dB make it a strong fit for electronic warfare systems requiring wideband signal coverage. The device is internally matched to 50 ohms at both input and output, and requires only a single bypass capacitor on the DC supply line, simplifying integration and reducing board space. It operates from a single 4V supply drawing just 47 mA, with no sequencing requirements for power-up or power-down. The ADM-11124PSM is packaged in a compact 4 x 4 mm plastic QFN for easy integration with automated assembly processes.
