20-31 GHz Banded Low Noise Amplifier

The ADM-10719PSM is a broadband low noise amplifier covering 20 to 31 GHz. Optimized for ultra-low DC power consumption in compact systems, it operates from a single 3 V supply at a bias current of just 8 mA, providing a typical small-signal gain of 22.6 dB and a noise figure of 2.1 dB. The ADM-10719PSM requires no additional application circuitry beyond bypass capacitors on the DC supply lines, thereby simplifying integration and reducing board space. Packaged in a compact 3 mm QFN, it is well-suited for wideband front-end applications that demand low power, high gain, and minimal added noise. Measured small-signal S-parameters are available to support accurate system simulation.
