Marki Microwave bare die MMIC baluns use a planar circuit construction. They are more repeatable and available in smaller packages (including MMICs) than broadband baluns that require magnetic materials. They have very low insertion loss and tight phase and amplitude balance, making them ideal for antenna feeds and power amplifier output matching.
