  • Prefix: MQH or MQS
    • MMICs: M prefix (ex: MQH)
    • QH (Quadrature Hybrid) or QS (Quadrature Splitter)
  • Identifier: 4- to 6-digit string identifying frequency band of operation
  • Packages: UA, UB, M, M2 (Miniature M-package) or no indicator
  • Connector options:
    • SMA, 2.92 mm, 2.4 mm, 1.85 mm, 1.0 mm
    • -2HV (1.85 mm M/F), -3HV (1.85 mm M/M), -2W (1.0 mm M/F), -3W (1.0 mm M/M)
    • Note: Please complete the RFQ form if you require a specific connector option that differs from the standard offering for the part.
  • Custom configuration:
    • Prefix: QHX
    • Nomenclature: XXXX. The 4 digit number will be allocated by Marki upon an agreed custom part development to support a customer specific program.
  • Standard Product Example: MQH-0517UB = MMIC Quad Hybrid, 5 – 17 GHz, UB package
  • Custom Product Example: QHX1169 = custom quad hybrid development. Note: This can be used for any quad hybrid topology and does not reflect a specific frequency band of operation.
