Connectorized - Mixers

  • Prefix:
    • MMICs: M prefix (ex: MM1, MM2, MT3, MMH)
    • Product family:
      • M1 = Double balanced, M2 = Triple balanced, T3, MH = Harmonic
    • Modifiers:
      • A = Integrated LO Driver Amplifier
      • For T3 mixers only: L (MT3L) Low IF band or H (MT3H) High IF band
  • Identifier: 2- to 5-digit string identifying RF/LO frequency band of operation
  • Diode: Found on mixers, IQ mixers and multipliers. LO Drive is given at typical value.
    • L diode: Vf=0.25V, LO Drive +5 to +15 dBm
    • H diode: Vf=0.75V, LO Drive +11 to +20 dBm
    • S diode: Vf=1.4V, LO Drive +17 to +23 dBm
    • T diode: Vf=2V, LO Drive +20 to +27 dBm
  • Packages: S, UB, M, QP, N
  • Connector options:
    • SMA, 2.92 mm, 2.4 mm, 1.85 mm, 1.0 mm
    • Note: Please complete the RFQ form if you require a specific connector option that differs from the standard offering for the part.
  • Custom configuration:
    • Prefix: MX
    • Nomenclature: XXXX. The 4 digit number will be allocated by Marki upon an agreed custom part development to support a customer specific program.
  • Standard Product Example: MM1-30100HM = MMIC Double Balanced Mixer, 30 – 100 GHz RF/LO, H-diode, M package
  • Custom Product Example: MX0869 = custom mixer development. Note: This can be used for any mixer topology and does not reflect a specific frequency band of operation.
