- L diode: Vf=0.25V, LO Drive +5 to +15 dBm
- H diode: Vf=0.75V, LO Drive +11 to +20 dBm
- S diode: Vf=1.4V, LO Drive +17 to +23 dBm
- T diode: Vf=2V, LO Drive +20 to +27 dBm
