  • Prefix: BTX or BTNX
    • X denotes max DC current rating
      • X = blank à 0.5 A
      • X = 1 à 1 A
      • X = 2 à 2 A
  • Identifier: 4-digit string identifying the max RF frequency
  • Packages: 
    • BT indicates standard package with large integrated inductors
    • BTN indicates compact package without large integrated inductors
  • Connector options:
    • SMA, 2.92 mm, 2.4 mm, 1.85 mm, 1.0 mm
    • Note: Please complete the RFQ form if you require a specific connector option that differs from the standard offering for the part.
  • Custom configuration:
    • Prefix: BTX
    • Nomenclature: XXXX. The 4 digit number will be allocated by Marki upon an agreed custom part development to support a customer specific program.
  • Standard Product Example: BTN1-0040 = BTN package, 1 A current rating, 500 MHz – 40 GHz
  • Custom Product Example: BTX0669 = custom bias tee development. Note: This can be used for any bias tee topology and does not reflect a specific frequency band of operation.
