  • Prefix: 1 to 4 characters to identify amplifier series
    • ADM: Robust design, no sequencing
      • Modifiers: 1, 2, 3 indicate gain stages
    • APM: Low phase noise, positive-only bias 
    • AMM: Power-efficient millimeter wave drivers 
  • Identifier: 4- to 5-digit string typically identifying chip number 
  • Packages: 2- to 3-character string identifying connectorized housing package
    • PA, PC, PD, UC, UC5 (single-supply voltage sequencer)
  • Connector options:
    • SMA, 2.92 mm, 2.4 mm, 1.85 mm
    • Note: Please complete the RFQ form if you require a specific connector option that differs from the standard offering for the part.
  • Custom configuration:
    • Prefix: AX
    • Nomenclature: XXXX. The 4 digit number will be allocated by Marki upon an agreed custom part development to support a customer specific program.
  • Standard Product Example: AMM-7203UC-01 = mmWave driver, UC package, custom configuration
  • Custom Product Example: AX0269 = custom amplifier development. Note: This can be used for any amplifier topology and does not reflect a specific frequency band of operation.
